Prices exclude VAT. Starter runs on a 12-month initial term, billed monthly or yearly. Yearly billing covers ten months and runs for twelve; the setup fee is one-time and does not change with yearly billing.

The questions we actually get.

What counts as an AI reply?
One reply from the agent to your customer, on any channel. Your customer's messages are free, and so are system events, gate rejections and log entries. 1,000 replies is roughly 200 full conversations a month.
What exactly does the setup include?
Workflow contract definition, tool and calendar wiring, tone and language setup, adversarial testing against your rules, and launch on your channels. You approve the agent before it goes live. On Starter it is a 500 SEK one-time fee; on Growth and Enterprise it is included.
What happens if I use up my monthly replies?
The agent keeps answering; we never cut off a conversation mid-chat. If you run over, you can add 500 extra replies for 100 SEK. If it happens two months in a row, we will suggest the plan that actually fits.
Why does Starter have a 12-month term?
Building and testing your agent costs far more than the 500 SEK setup fee; the initial term is what makes the low entry price possible. You still pay month by month, and after the first year the plan rolls monthly with no new commitment.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for ten months and run for twelve. Use the toggle above to see the yearly price for each plan. The Starter setup fee stays the same either way.
How long are chat transcripts kept?
Starter keeps transcripts for 7 days, Growth for 30 days, Enterprise by agreement. Your business records (bookings, leads, orders) land in your own systems and are never touched by transcript retention.
Which models does it run on?
Anthropic, OpenAI and Gemini adapters exist today. We pick a sensible default for your case; you can require a specific provider. The guarantees come from PRISM and do not depend on the model choice.
Can I cancel?
Growth cancels at the end of any month. Starter runs its 12-month initial term first, then rolls monthly. Yearly plans run to the end of the paid year. The workflow contract we wrote for you is portable documentation of your process, and it stays yours.
